In 2017-2018 I was working on several pieces at the same time. They naturally fell apart into two albums: No. 2 and Interferentie (an instrumental album). Interferentie is the first instrumental album by Geluidenfabriek. This album is my most personal album with all my sonic fascinations, from ambient to noise, drone, minimal music, static music, improvisation, soundscapes, field recordings and even acoustic guitar. With Interferentie my starting point was to make an album which flows from one song to another. The first four songs of the album have that flow.
